The Gurnigel Pass is a very popular Pass road for motorcyclists. The ascent from Riggisberg to the watershed at the Pass summit has a wide central reservation throughout. On the Zollhaus side, however, the road is narrower and has no central reservation. The numerous successive combinations of bends demand constant attention and a precise driving style.

A special tip: the Untere Gantrischhütte on the Gurnigel Pass is a popular meeting point for motorcyclists. Every Tuesday from the beginning of May to the end of September, the "Gurnigel Töff-Träff" takes place there from 5:30 pm, where motorcycle enthusiasts can exchange ideas.
