The Col du Lein is a challenging Pass road that runs without a central reservation throughout and is very narrow in places. There are over two dozen Hairpin bends in total, but they are clear and easy to ride. The asphalted section of the ascent is not of the best quality, but is still easy to drive on. In the area of the Pass summit, the road leads over about 2 kilometers of unpaved natural road with gravel. Good driving skills and a high level of concentration are required for the ascent. We do not recommend the use of road racing machines.
