The Col de la Croix de Cœur has been paved throughout since 2022 and is largely well developed. The route initially has wide lanes with a continuous central reservation on both sides - both from Verbier and from La Tzoumaz.

From the villages of La Tzoumaz and Verbier towards the Pass summit, there is no central reservation and the road becomes much narrower. In these sections, increased attention is required.
