The three Black Forest valleys Tourer: Wiesental, Wehratal and Albtal
Tourer starts in the charming town of Wehr and leads along the Wehratal valley towards Todtmoos. The road meanders along the Wehr river and offers spectacular views of the gorges, which are up to 400 meters deep and lined with steep wooded slopes and imposing rock faces.
From Todtmoos, the trail continues over the Ibacher Kreuz Mountain pass to Mutterslehen. On the way, you pass through the villages of Wittenschwand and Hartschwand, which are a real treat for motorcyclists with their winding sections and picturesque landscapes. Although the road surfaces are not the newest, they are still easy to ride.
The Alb Valley awaits riders next on the route. The L154 leads pleasantly through the valley, with sweeping curves. A highlight on this Stage is the town of St. Blasien, known for its imposing monastery and rich history.
After St. Blasien, the Route leads via the L126 and the Wachtpass to Schönau. Here, riders can enjoy the magnificent views as they ride through the picturesque villages and lush forests. The road continues via Präg to Schönau and from there via the L131 to Neuenweg, where a winding section along the L139 leads to Tegernau.
From Tegernau, the adventurous part of the Tour begins, with winding roads, some without a central reservation, meandering through the fascinating landscape. The riders pass picturesque villages such as Weitenau and then head along winding roads through Steinen, along the 317 main road, to Minseln and on to Schöpfheim. From there, the Route leads via Dossenbach back to Wehr, where the Tourer ends.
