That moved us in May

Our highlight in May is the first sold The Tours subscriptions through the official app stores. Many thanks to all our subscribers 🥳. What a good feeling when as a company you don't just have expenses, but also generate revenue 😊. This provided a big motivational boost. However, it was sobering to see the very sparse usage of the new groups and rideout function.

To make it easier for our users to use the app and to answer all open questions, we have created an FAQ page. You can find this both as a tile in the latest app version and on our website. Have you already looked at our FAQ? Maybe you also have a question that can be clarified thanks to our FAQs 🙂

Another major issue that accompanied us in May and into June is a recurring error that occurred during the app update. While smartphones did recognize that a new app version was available in the App Store and the automatic update was executed, the latest version was not always available on the smartphone after the update. This led to some users having performed the update but the latest features not being present. We have since been able to fix this error and hope that it will work smoothly in the future.🤞

Outlook

In the coming summer months, we are focusing primarily on being able to inspire new users for us. So that we can dedicate ourselves to the further development of the app again in the winter months, we still need to generate some revenue in the current motorcycle season. We are clearly placing a second focus on our groups and rideout function. Here we would like to find out what the reason is why the functions are not used so frequently and whether the user experience still needs some fine-tuning.
