In February and March, we equipped our app with new features and successfully completed our second funding round. This enables us to intensify our marketing activities in the future.

Highlights and Developments

Over the past two months, we have been working intensively on new features to optimally prepare our app for the season start. Users can now watch specific route sections directly as videos in the app to get an assessment of the route before deciding to travel it. We are currently preparing a variety of videos and route sections for this feature.

Furthermore, we have introduced a challenge feature that promotes fun and interaction with other users. Each challenge is an adventure where specific goals must be achieved within a defined timeframe – whether it's the total number of kilometers ridden, the longest distance in a single ride, or simply spending a certain amount of time on the bike.

Funding round and new hiring

In parallel, we have completed our second funding round. We sincerely thank our investors Adrian and Oliver Keller, George Kleinberger and the agency Nueva for their trust.

We will invest the majority of the money from the funding round into marketing. This enabled us to hire our first employee in March. We are very pleased to welcome Sarah Gloor as the new Head of Content Marketing to the team. Her contribution will help us make our app known to a broad audience through a targeted marketing strategy.

Outlook

The updated version of our app will be available from April 15th. Right on time for the start of the motorcycle season, we are ready to inspire the motorcycle community with our existing and new features. Furthermore, we are excited about the results of our first marketing measures and will report on them in the next startup report.
